Chiron is called "The Wounded Healer." The Wounded Healer Journal is a non-astrological site...but they have a lot of resources that promote healing. Candy Hillenbrand wrote an excellent article entitled Chiron ~ The Healing Pathway to Personal and Global Reconciliation C.H.I.R.O.N. When I saw this, I was intrigued. A Centaur spy organization? LOL. But no.....it stands for Conscious Health Information Resources On-line Naturopathy. They were founded 1981. This is what it says on their website: "a company providing a range of products to natural health professionals. The primary focus has been to offer a full range of software developed for the efficient practice of natural medicine." They named their site after Charles Kowal's discovery! A Chironic Healing Center located in Australia. They say "The work evolved with no astrological emphasis, although links may be now be found." Dr. Michael Tierra takes a journey through the history of herbal healing, including some exploration of the Chiron myth, at The Herbal Tradition "Grief is a problem without an easy solution. When anyone confronts a problem that has no solution he or she will often feel lost. When a woman feels lost, she tends to ask for help. When a man feels lost, he looks for a map. This book is intended to be that map." Read excerpts from Tom Golden's excellent book, "Swallowed By A Snake" I thought this lecture by Ayers Bagley might be of interest.
